The presentation will focus on how LLOG Exploration has used standardization to improve project economics by reducing costs, improving reliability, accelerating schedules, and improving safety. A number examples will be provided using the Delta House Project, a two billion dollar project involving a new floating production system (FPS). The Delta House FPS came on-line in April of 2015 and has already produced 50 MMBOE. The project’s cost, time from discovery to first production, safety performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance is at an industry-leading level.
