Director, Regulatory Research for Entergy’s Commercial Development & Innovation (CD&I) organization
Andrew joined Entergy in 1998 and currently serves as Director, Regulatory Research for Entergy’s Commercial Development & Innovation (CD&I) organization. He is responsible for providing support to Entergy’s five public utilities on various regulatory matters including policy issues related to emerging technologies (smart grid, energy efficiency, renewable energy, distributed generation and net metering, alternative fuel vehicles, etc.). From 1991-1996, Andrew worked in environmental consulting and focused on federal and state air pollution issues and policies. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State in 1991 and received an M.S. in Management from Georgia Tech in 1998. He is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and a licensed CPA in Louisiana.
Presentation will describe the national landscape for solar PV, drivers for solar adoption, regulatory and policy matters, Entergy’s recent solar PV activities, as well as plans for the future.
